Front Office Personnel


Dawn Molnar joined the staff of JMAH in January, 2011 and is our lead receptionist. She lives with husband Kevin, dogs Marble, Kira, Dakota and Heidi, cats Blessing, Guinevere, and Rattay, as well as Peaches, a love bird. Dawn’s hobbies include traveling, camping and visiting waterfalls.


Jen Jones is a receptionist at JMAH, having joined our team in 2017. A native of Allen, she has a business management degree from Anne Arundel Community College. Her pets are Kimber, a Shih Tzu, Baby, a pit bull, and Gabrielle, the feline member of the family. Jen also enjoys spending time with her human family, as well as painting, camping, and going to the beach.


Lacey Chesser came to the JMAH team with a history of customer service , ensuring her success as a veterinary receptionist. From Salisbury, Lacey enjoys the water activities of clamming and crabbing, as well as driving country roads. Lacey is the proud provider for her two dogs, Dixie the Beagle and Ellie, a German Shorthaired Pointer.


Angela McKenna became a part of JMAH staff in the capacity of a receptionist. Her background is in hospitality, having worked front-desk at hotels in Ocean City. Her hobbies include photography, camping and crocheting. Angela is married to Brian and the mother of two children and pet parent to Max, a MinPin mix , Wrigley, a Beagle mix, and Fuzz, the cat.


Stephanie Becton has been a part of the JMAH family since 2015. She is a Salisbury University student, majoring in Physical Education with a minor in Health. Since joining the hospital team, she has adopted a black Lab named Jet and acquired a French bulldog, Samson. Stephanie also shares her home with her partner, Zach.


Samantha Halliday joined our team recently as a part-time receptionist. She comes to JMAH with an extensive background in retail pet management, as well as experience at another area veterinary hospital. Sam’s unique hobby is raising high-end crested geckos. In addition to the geckos, she shares her home with her husband Cody, her Great Dane, Lady, Rottweiler, Lilly , Oliver the cat and Mr. Tubbs, the frog.

Surgery and Kennel Personnel


Dustin Jackson has been a member of the JMAH family since 2014. He is cross-trained in surgery as well as kennel. Dustin lives in Laurel with his family. He is the proud provider for his dog Mocha, a long haired Chihuahua. Dustin’s hobbies include gaming and manga drawing, as well as listening to rock and metal music.


Sky Wallace joined the team in 2016, in the dual roles of surgical assistant and kennel tech. She lives in Snow Hill with Tyler. Her pets include Luke, a Lab mix and Oliver, the cat. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family. When she lived in Pennsylvania, she was a avid snowboarder.


Adrienne Ayres, who initially joined the staff of JMAH in 1985, is our hospital manager. Having held every ancillary position in the practice, she has a unique perspective on the day-to-day running of the hospital. Adrienne has received formal training in hospital management, having attended the American Animal Hospital Association’s week-long seminar for practice managers in Denver, Colorado, as well as annual training programs. Her interests include caring for her numerous animals, listening to classical music, photography, and reading.

Veterinary Technicians


Terri Pardee first joined our hospital immediately out of high school and spent several years as an assistant, before leaving for vet tech school on the western shore. She returned to the area to complete her degree at Del Tech. After graduation, she spent 13 years at a practice in Delaware and one year at another area hospital, before coming home to JMAH. Terri shares her home with husband Chip, three beagles, Bertie, Betty Lou and Charli, chocolate Lab, Bud Bear, Lab mix, Izzy and Cloevus, the cat. Terri enjoys concerts, photography and spending time with friends and family.


Abby Atkins joined JMAH in 2016 as a full-time technician. After graduation from Del Tech’s veterinary technician school, she was employed at two diverse practices in Delaware, her home state. She shares her home with partner Sean, four dogs, King, Remi, Sadie, and Winner, as well as her cat, Casper. She recently enrolled in the nursing program at Del Tech to pursue a second degree as a registered nurse. In her spare time, she enjoys helping her father on his farm, restoring he r 1971 VW bus, camping and four-wheelers.


Katy Jacobs, our newest technician, is not new to our practice at all! Katy first came to JMAH in 2009 as a high school intern, worked the summers of 2010 and 2011, before heading off to Virginia Tech. Finishing VT in 2014 with a BS in Animal Poultry Science, she returned as a full time staff member until enrolling in Wilson College for her veterinary technician degree. Katy was graduated in the Fall of 2017, passed her national boards and came home to JMAH.
